Delete Your DineEZ Account

You have the right to delete your DineEZ account and associated personal data at any time. Here's everything you need to know.

Delete via the App (Instant)

The easiest way to delete your account is directly inside the DineEZ app:

  1. 1Open the DineEZ app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. 4Tap "Delete My Account".
  5. 5Type DELETE to confirm and tap the red Delete Account button.

Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at hello@dineez.co.za with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Happens to Your Data

✓Immediately anonymised: Your name, email address, and birthday are cleared from your profile.
✓Rewards expired: All saved loyalty rewards in your wallet are immediately expired.
✓Sessions closed: Any active dining or Order & Collect sessions are immediately closed.
!Retained (anonymised): Order transaction records may be retained by individual restaurants for their own accounting and legal compliance, but will no longer be linked to your personal identity.
