Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using DineEZ ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Subscription

DineEZ is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged at the start of each billing period. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Use of the Platform

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Platform or assist anyone else in doing so.

5. Limitation of Liability

DineEZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
